Venue Logistics
- Space: most booths need an 8×8 ft footprint; the 360 Booth needs 10×10 ft of clear space for guest safety.
- Power: a standard 3-prong outlet within 25 ft of the setup location.
- Wi-Fi: needed for instant text and email sharing. If your venue’s Wi-Fi is unreliable, we can provide a hotspot for a small fee.
- Outdoors: open-air and roaming booths can run outside under a tent or covered area. Enclosed, Vogue and 360 booths are indoor-only.
- Load-in: tell us about stairs, freight elevators or long carry distances when you book.
