Corporate event planners nationally tend to charge one of three ways: a flat project fee, an hourly rate, or a percentage of the total event budget, typically in the 10–20% range. Where your event lands depends on guest count, venue, entertainment package, and how much of the planning you want handled for you. Royal Entertainment provides a fixed quote after a short consultation, so there are no surprise percentage fees added to your final invoice.
For larger events, booking 3 to 6 months out gives you the best access to dates and entertainment. Smaller events, like a single department’s holiday party, can often be arranged with less lead time. Once you reach out, we’ll walk through your headcount, venue, budget, and goals for the event, then put together a plan and quote around them.
